Petworth must be an insurer's nightmare; it's stacked to the ceilings with sculptures, paintings and carvings worth millions. George Wyndham, 3rd Earl of Egremont, was a patron of several great artists, including Turner and van Dyck. That's his bust lower right in the top picture, and lower left in the second down, where St Michael is slaying Satan.
