After a comfortable evening meal and night at the Brackenborough Hotel in Louth, we got to the circuit about 9.30. It was cold and quite misty, and it looked as if racing might be delayed. However, the mist cleared enough and it was soon sunny and hot.
When I first saw this Morgan, I thought the pilot had just placed a helmet on the other seat to fool the scrutineers, but at Hall Bends I got eye contact with the tiny human being inside.
One of Andy Molnar's Manx bikes.
The man and his machine, with a superb monochrome portrait of himself in the awning.
We're looking forward to our next visit to Cadwell.
