On 2nd January we moved from the Wallasey house to a hotel in the centre of Liverpool. We couldn't check in until 2pm, so we went to West Kirby and walked along the causeway. Once installed in the Premier Inn we took our tripods and went down to the Pier Head to get some 'blue hour' pictures. The purple tower behind the Pier Head is a ventilator for the Queensway Tunnel.
