Through the Lower Marsh Market, clearly quite a trendy street, underneath Waterloo Bridge and up to Westminster Bridge with its white lions. The Guards were parading on Horse Guards Parade; the Blues and Royals in the blue capes with their chin straps under their chins and the Life Guards in red capes with the straps under their lower lips. One of the lions in Trafalgar Square and Blackfriars Bridge. Not many people about, but greetings were exchanged.
