The club visited this one-time nuclear bomb store near Elveden. Three of the four watchtowers have been restored, and one is still derelict. The nuclear parts of the bombs were kept in these individual stores, the explosive parts in larger blocks. A few of the stores have been repainted. The base was used from 1956 to 1963.
