There was evening sun at Old Warden yesterday, but it was getting very dark when the oldest planes flew. The Tutor enjoyed low sun, the Boxkite, Deperdussin (Britain's oldest flying aircraft) and the Bleriot (the world's oldest flying aircraft) almost needed navigation lights.
