A warm sunny day in and around Hardwick Wood. Three raptors (no kestrels to be seen) a somnolent redwing, two very active green woodpeckers and a busy tree creeper, besides lots of blue tits and several long-tails. Blackbirds and jackdaws made up the rest.

Last Week
A few of the lockdown photos from last week. Mostly following Ann around the churchyard and noting the first daffodils out this year.

Madingley Hall
A long-distance trip :) to Madingley for a walk in the gardens and a real coffee with lemon drizzle cake from the cafe. Nom, nom!

Round the Village
Hedgie is looking a little weatherbeaten, but a single snowdrop has sprung up on John and Edith's grave. There are lots of them around the churchyard. The village is still wet and muddy, especially at the bottom end. A Seed Swap has grown up in the old telephone kiosk.
