Sunday was better attended and brighter during the show. I used a Fuji instead of a tiny Lumix for these photos.

Duxford Air Show
A very sparsely-attended show, with space at the fence almost all the way along the flight line. The Osprey VSTOL was most impressive, but did not fly. Its pilot told me it was less good than a helicopter and less good than a fixed-wing aircraft, but very good at what it did. The Skyvan and the Bronco did a double-act and were very agile.

The Banks of the Cam
The Club's outing to the Cam at Grantchester ended prematurely in the Red Lion, due to dull light and lack of bugs.

Images of Kew
The Club visited Kew Gardens today, and I photographed a lot of the airliners on finals to Heathrow.

Pensthorpe Widlife Park
Ellie and I took Meredith to see the birds, and she learned to recognise more species, got pecked at by geese, played footsie with a duck, found a metal stag beetle and bought two soft toys.

Stage Rallying, Snetterton
Racing against the clock, so fewer thrills than at the usual races. A long time between each stage, as the chicanes and track were rearranged, but for the first time we saw cars going the 'wrong' way round the Bombhole. (Pic No. 4 is split-toned.)

Evening Giggles
Trying to photograph Meredith with a background of buttercups was not easy. The autofocus couldn't keep up!
