New Admirals
We went to Gamlingay woods again, and when the sun came out so did the butterflies - Blues, Whites, Speckled Wood, Peacock, and several pristine Red Admirals, ready to overwinter as butterflies rather than chrysalids. Hornets were hunting, fast and always on the move until they caught something, when the would land under a leaf, out of sight of our lenses.
