Christmas Afternoon

Ann and Meredith after lunch at the Ransons' house.

Christmas Morning

The speaking bunny is one of the more annoying of Meredith's presents, and because no one gave her toast, she decided to eat the bunny.

The Night before Christmas

There was a power-cut in the village just before dusk, so we lit a fire.  Meredith wore her 'My First Christmas' gro-bag, and Sadie found the best spot for using the potty - note the iPad for games to pass the time, just like me.

Water Brakes

Or perhaps it was just tiring!  The heron with its perch took it to land before eating it and having a rest.

Conversion Woes

Making the garage into a bedroom to move the old folks into to give the grandchildren more room.  The drains were leaking, so they were dug up.  So was the mains electricity cable.  Oops!  Silly place to put it.  It was spliced 'live' by the repair team, that is, without switching off the supply to half the village.
