North Pole Fair

Held on Parker's Piece, it includes the fearsome Chaos swing.  Afterwards I visited the Natural History Museum off Downing Street.

Cold and clear at the pits today, but a robin and a wigeon were all I got.

Cows and Follies

Some rare breed cows and double exposures from Wimpole.

Winter Checks

We checked the ignition timing and valve clearances on Peter's MG Midget after the recent engine removal, but everything was in order.

Wimpole Hall

Ann was leading an RPS day at Wimpole.  We photographed the church and the house - the blinds were down to show the effects of the candles and dim lighting, so there wasn't much light for photography.

Viveza Processing

Using Viveca pepped up the colours.

Wednesday Workshop

Experimenting with polarised and diffracted light.  The cubes (prisms from projectors) were placed on a mirror in a black background and lit from the right.  The compass and the plastic pebble were placed on a screen of polarised light and photographed through a polariser.  Some fringeing is visible.
